Explicit Consent Text

I acknowledge that I have read, understood and have been sufficiently informed within the scope of the "Information Text" and "KVKK Policy" regarding the processing of the personal data I share with OPASA Institute by OPASA Institute in its capacity as the data controller.

In this context, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data by OPASA Institute and/or the relevant centers and units within OPASA Institute, within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant secondary legislation, limited to the purposes specified in the said policy, in accordance with the "General Principles" in Article 4 of the KVKK and the Conditions for Processing of Personal Data regulated in Article 5.

In addition, these data of mine may be transferred to me when necessary and in connection with the purposes of processing, in accordance with the provisions regarding the transfer of personal data in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

I accept and expressly consent to the transfer of my personal data to real and/or legal third parties, located at home and/or abroad, with whom I have a contractual relationship or cooperate on any matter, with whom I am in a contractual relationship and/or who I cooperate on any matter, with my own free will and without being under any influence.
