Industrial Psychology Supervision
Industrial and organizational psychology supervision is a process carried out one-on-one or in a group format for psychologists who aim to work as workplace psychologists or institutional psychologists in corporate structures.
Supervision aims to assess ethical boundaries through case discussions, understand internal organizational dynamics, and develop organizational negotiation skills. In this context, academic knowledge is combined with practical applications such as qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, conducting employee interviews, psychosocial risk assessment, and effective communication with managers.
The main objective of the program is to strengthen the practices of industrial and organizational psychology within a scientific framework and to contribute to the development of more effective, safe and ethical working practices by psychologists in the institutional context.
