Employee Assistance Program
We are establishing support centers that operate on-site and online to enable organizations to provide psychological, emotional, and career support to their employees. Our goal, with the organizational and clinical psychologists at OPASA Institute, is to enable employees to express the challenges they face both personally and professionally in a safe environment, and to handle these challenges with scientifically based psychological counseling methods, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
The Employee Support Center is designed not only as a facility for those seeking help in times of crisis, but also as a space where employees can better understand themselves, receive support when needed, and focus on their personal and professional development. This way, organizations provide their employees with a sustainable well-being infrastructure, while we contribute to creating a healthy, safe, and revitalizing work environment with a holistic psychological support system.
Our Models
In-House Counseling
This psychological counseling model, based on on-site work for organizations, is conducted by workplace psychologists at OPASA Institute who have received specialized training in working in organizations. Our psychologists are available on-site at designated days and times, and conduct one-on-one meetings with employees on both personal and work-related matters.
This model facilitates employee access to a psychologist while also ensuring regular monitoring of the organization's psychosocial needs. This ensures that both individual support processes and organization-specific risks, needs, and dynamics are continuously monitored and supported.
Online Counseling
This approach allows employees to access one-on-one psychological counseling services regardless of their work hours or physical location. This model, run by clinical psychologists at OPASA Institute, offers flexible planning based on the frequency of sessions needed.
It offers equal access, especially for those working in different locations, field teams, shift workers, or those unable to attend on-site meetings due to busy schedules. This ensures that all employees have a safe, confidential, and accessible psychological support space for personal or work-related matters.
